Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are now done with the exams for 2018 and now we have to wait and see whether the hard work done was enough to promote to the next grade.  For this week I would like to bring the following matters to your attention:

ATHLETICS:

Thank you to all learners who participated in the Inter-house athletics on Friday.  We have put together our team for 2019 except for the new grade 1’s and other new learners who might enrol into our school for 2019.  These learners will have the opportunity to challenge for a space in the school team.

SCHOOL TIMES:

Please take note that we are open as normal.  No child was told by any teacher to stay at home after the exams.  School attendance is the responsibility of the parents and they should not listen to children telling them that the school year is over.  Please note that we are still open and IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL.

REPORT CARDS:

Report cards will be ready for handing out on the 12th of December between 08:00 and 09:30.  Please ensure that you keep to the allocated times, as the teachers will not be able to assist you outside the mentioned times.

GENERAL

Please remember that all learners go home at 13:00.  Please ensure that they are fetched on time as it is not safe for learners to wait on the pavement for transport.

Kind regards

H M BESTER

Principal
