Yet another week of term 3 is gone already, and all learners and teachers are very busy with teaching and learning. Please take note of the following matters for the coming week:

ILL-MANNERED CHILDREN:
As has been stated repeatedly, there remain children within the school who exhibit blatant defiance and a complete refusal to cooperate. These students disrupt the learning environment by singing and humming during instructional time, arriving late to classes, and responding with verbal abuse when their behaviour is questioned. This list of infractions is far from exhaustive. We request your full cooperation in impressing upon your children the grave consequences of their actions. This matter will be dealt with firmly and without leniency.
 
SCHOOL FEES AND RECENT HANDOVERS:
We extend a sincere and profound thank you to the many parents who consistently pay their school fees promptly each month. Your timely contributions are critical to the school’s financial stability, especially during periods when funds are severely limited and urgent bills must be settled. Furthermore, any payments received at the school will be applied solely to the current term’s fees; payments intended for the Collection Agency will not be accepted at the school office. To avoid further escalation, it is imperative that you contact Ms. Lynch immediately at joey@paardies.co.za to make appropriate arrangements.
 
 
OFFICE & CLOTHING STORE HOURS:
    • Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 14:00
    • Friday: 07:30 – 13:00

No money can be accepted after these specified times, for safety and security reasons. Please remember that there are card facilities available at school. It is a more convenient and a safer way of making payments at school. Please make use of this facility or make payments via the internet or direct bank deposits. The school’s banking details are as follows
